Paul – Director, Utilities & Solar
Paul is one of the driving forces behind Sigma Solutions and the go-to expert for utilities, solar, and sales. He’s known for solving problems quickly, giving straight-talking advice, and making complicated utility conversations easy to understand. Around the office, Paul is also the resident comedian and the person people turn to when they need answers, support, or a fresh perspective. Customers appreciate his experience, honesty, and ability to find the best solution without the waffle.
Natalie – Director, Waste Solutions
Natalie is the driving force behind Sigma’s waste services and the go-to expert for everything waste-related. Known as the “Waste Queen” within the team, she oversees waste operations, ensures collections run smoothly, and keeps customers informed on waste legislation and compliance. Natalie is highly knowledgeable, detail-focused, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure clients are supported properly. If there’s a waste challenge to solve, Natalie has it covered.
Megan – Administration
Megan is Sigma’s longest-serving team member and very much the glue that holds everything together. As an admin superstar, she juggles utilities with ease, keeps processes organised, and supports both the team and customers day in, day out. Megan brings positivity wherever she goes, lifting spirits while getting the job done. Whether it’s solving a problem or providing a much-needed laugh, Meg is always there and always reliable.
Elysa – Office Manager
Elysa is the engine behind the office. As Office Manager, she keeps the admin team on track, manages all waste accounts, and oversees customer service with precision and consistency. Known for her incredible work ethic, Elysa is rarely switched off and is often found keeping an eye on emails even outside office hours. Her dedication keeps Sigma running like clockwork, though she’s always happy to enjoy a well-earned drink at the pub on a Friday after a busy week.
Ellie – Apprentice, Business Administration
Ellie is Sigma’s apprentice and one of the rising stars of the team. Alongside her business admin studies, she supports waste operations and helps ensure recycling is handled properly. While she may be one of the quieter team members, Ellie’s confidence and skills continue to grow every day. She brings great banter, positive energy, and plays a key role in keeping waste organised and collections running efficiently.
Chris – Utilities Specialist
Chris is a key part of the utilities side of Sigma Solutions. Managing electricity, gas, and water accounts, he works behind the scenes to make sure businesses stay supplied and supported. Although quiet by nature, Chris has already made a strong impact since joining the team. His focus, reliability, and attention to detail help ensure that customers’ utilities are always in safe hands.
Ann – HR Manager
Ann looks after all things HR and payroll at Sigma Solutions. As HR Manager, she supports both the leadership team and staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Ann plays an important role in keeping the business organised, compliant, and people-focused, allowing the wider team to concentrate on delivering great service to customers.
