  • Location: 1 Stafford Road, Warrington WA4 6RP

  • Hours: 16.5 hours per week, over three weekdays; evening or weekend work only when covering absences or holidays

  • Pay: Competitive £14/hr, plus benefits including free on‑site parking, company pension, and a health & wellbeing programme

🛠️ What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the entire credit control process and chasing late payments

  • Preparing and dispatching monthly statements and reminders

  • Keeping detailed records of every transaction and client interaction

  • Resolving client queries and invoice disputes with professionalism

  • Generating aged‑debt reports and providing insights

  • Collaborating closely with the administration team on financial reporting

  • Working within QuickBooks and Excel to maintain accuracy and efficienc

    This role supports our ongoing growth and ensures our financial framework stays strong—and you’ll be a key player.

    🎓 What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in credit control or accounts receivable

    • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel

    • Bonus: AAT Level 2 or above qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

    • Sharp analytical mind with strong attention to detail

    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

    • Proactive problem‑solver who thrives on resolving finance-related issues
